How to Apply for Admission to NUML Rawalpindi Campus
Many students get confused because NUML has one centralized online admission portal for the Main Campus (Islamabad) as well as all regional and branch campuses. There is no separate application portal for the Rawalpindi Campus. You must apply through the main admission portal and select "Rawalpindi" as your campus during registration.
Follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Visit the Official Admission Portal
Go to the NUML Online Admission Portal and click "Apply Online."
Step 2: Register Yourself
- Click "Register Yourself."
- Complete the registration form.
- Most Important: In the Campus dropdown menu, select Rawalpindi (not Islamabad).
- Submit your registration.
Step 3: Log In
- Check your email for your Application ID and password.
- Log in to the admission portal using these credentials.
Step 4: Complete the Application Form
Fill in all required information accurately, including:
- Personal details
- Parent/Guardian information
- Academic qualifications
- Program you wish to apply for
Review all information carefully before proceeding.
Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Upload clear scanned copies of the required documents, including:
- Recent passport-size photograph (blue background)
- CNIC or Form-B
- Academic certificates/transcripts
- Any other documents requested in the application
Ensure that all uploaded documents are clear and readable.
Step 6: Generate and Pay the Challan
- Submit your application to generate the application processing fee challan.
- Pay the prescribed application fee through the designated bank or any other payment method mentioned on the challan.
- Upload the paid challan/receipt to the admission portal to complete your application.
Step 7: Verify Your Program
Before submitting the application, make sure that your desired degree program is offered at the Rawalpindi Campus for the current admission session. You can verify this by checking the latest admission advertisement or the list of programs available on the NUML website.
Final Checklist
✓ Selected Rawalpindi as the campus during registration.
✓ Completed all sections of the application form.
✓ Uploaded all required documents.
✓ Paid the application fee.
✓ Uploaded the paid challan.
✓ Confirmed that your chosen program is available at the Rawalpindi Campus.
If you selected Islamabad by mistake during registration, your application will be processed for the Islamabad Campus. Therefore, make sure you choose "Rawalpindi" at the very beginning of the registration process.
